❗CONDITIONS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND REQUEST
Irene Menegazzo, owner of Heritage Pilates Studio, organizer of the “AUTHENTIC PILATES WORKSHOP 21- 22 OCTOBER 2023 “ event, reserves the right to confirm the scheduled date for the workshop no later than September 20th, 2023.
If the number of registrations is inadequate to confirm the scheduled event, the workshop will be cancelled and all registration fees received will be returned in full, without any penalty. Those who have booked the workshop and need to unsubscribe can request the cancellation of the reservation and the consequent return of the paid registration fee in the following ways:
📌 Unsubscription requests received by September 20th, 2023: the registration fee will refunded in full, less CHF 70 for secretary costs.
📌 Unsubscription request received by September 27th, 2023: the registration fee will be refunded for 50%, less CHF 70 for secretary costs.
📌 Unsubscription request received after September 27th, 2023: there will be no refund of the paid registration fee.
