About me
I'm Irene Menegazzo, owner of the studio, after 30 years in fitness, i get acquainted with Pilates, developing a passion so strong that in 2016 i start my journey in the world of "Pilates Classico" with Power Pilates in New York.
Between 2016 and 2017 in Verona, at the Italian "Power Pilates of New York" School, i obtained all diplomas of "Teacher of Classical Pilates", both with machines (Apparatus lvl 1, lvl 2, lvl 3) and without (MAT Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced). I've been constantly updating with the best international Teacher Trainers such as Inelia Garcia, Jerome Weinberg, Bob Liekens, Jean Claude Nelson, Lory Coleman Brown, Mejo Wiggins , Peter Fiasca, Brett Haward and Gloria Gasperi.
In 2019 i took part in an international convention with many international teachers, one of them was Inelia Garcia, nominated "teacher of the teachers" by Romana Kryzanowska, direct learner of Joseph Pilates, and was struck by her "Authentic Pilates" teaching method. So I started following her in every workshop and convention, even during the 2020 pandemic. In 2021 I started an intensive "Contrology Advanced Program" course, which lasted 1 year, in her Lisbona school only for certified trainers and, in 2022 I started getting the second Certification "Authentic Pilates by Inelia Garcia" in Brasil, which I got in January 2023.
Nel 2021 iniziai un percorso intensivo “Contrology Advanced Program” durato 1 anno nella sua scuola di Lisbona, solo per Istruttori Certificati.
Nel 2022 iniziai così, la strada per la seconda Certificazione “Authentic Pilates di Inelia Garcia” in Brasile, certificandomi nel Gennaio 2023.
