The lessons

The lessons are carried out under the watchful eye of the teacher. The training is based around the specific needs of each individual person and can be (with machinery) individual or for couples (duet), or with the usage of Wall Unit Tower and elevated mats (with the usage of springs, max. 4 people).

Every lesson is maximum 55 minutes and has to be reserved in advance.
It's possible to book single lessons or to buy "packages" of 5, 10 or 20 lessons.

Rules

It is not mandatory to wear specific clothes, although it is highly recommended to wear adherent clothing to help the teacher observe the body of the student during motion. It is also necessary to remove Necklaces or wristlaces that could impair movements and create a risk of injury or of machinery damage..

Shoes are not used, lessons are carried out barefoot or with anti-slip socks.
At the end of every lesson the machinery used has to be igenized by students with the products available at the Studio.

EVENTUAL CANCELLATIONS HAVE TO BE MADE BEFORE 24 HOURS FROM THE LESSON, otherwise the full lesson price will still be charged.

Tips

We encourage every beginner to start with at least 3 individual lessons to familiarize with the machinery, with Pilates language and philosophy of the Authentic Pilates discipline, but also to start working on their strengths and weaknesses. After this first evaluation period, we can provide counsel on which path is better for the individual person, wether by individual, duet or group lessons.

Who can do pilates

Pilates is suited for everyone, without any substantial age limit, from 9 years of age. It can be practiced by people with a sedentary lifestyle who do not train much, by people with postural problems, by old people who want to maintain an elastic body and a young mind, by people who need post trauma rehabilitation, by women who want to recover phisycal wellness after pregnancy and childbirth, by people who simply want to maintain in shape phisically and mentally, by athletes, even professional ones, as a support for their preparation.
